Content analysis method was used to analyze the occurrence frequency, time distribution and development trend of public sentiment on Internet. \n \n \nResults \nUnder the epidemic of COVID-19, public hospitals faced an exponential growth of network public sentiment. The transmission showed fragmentation of content, instantaneous speed and higher attention to negative information, which brought great challenges for public hospitals. \n \n \nConclusions \nThe high participation of online discussion of COVID-19 is unprecedented. Abstract

Objective To analyze the current situation and characteristics of network public sentiment faced by public hospitals since the outbreak of COVID-19, and to provide suggestions of coping strategies for public hospitals. 2019冠状病毒病爆发后公立医院网络舆情特征及应对分析
目的分析新冠肺炎疫情以来公立医院网络公众情绪的现状和特点,为公立医院应对策略提供建议。方法利用新浪的数据分析工具和在线数据统计软件,在新浪微博、抖音、今日头条三大主流新媒体平台上,采集2019年12月至2020年2月期间“武汉协和医院”和“抗疫”的“热门话题”或“热门哈希标签”数据。采用内容分析法对网络公众情绪的发生频率、时间分布和发展趋势进行了分析。结果新冠肺炎疫情下,公立医院面临网络公众情绪指数级增长。传播呈现出内容的碎片化、即时性和对负面信息的更高关注度,这给公立医院带来了巨大挑战。结论新冠肺炎在线讨论的高参与度是前所未有的。公立医院应重视网络舆情工作,建立相应的应对机制。关键词:医院,公共;网络公众情绪;新冠肺炎;应对策略
