We showcase port placement, IMA harvest and LIMA-LAD along with diagonal sequential robotic anastomosis. Objective: Robotic totally endoscopic coronary artery bypass grafting (TECAB) is a procedure in which all main operative steps including anastomotic suturing are carried out using a surgical robot.
