Abstract
EMV are present in tissues at the site of application for at least 12 days. The number of the introduced EMV was found in macrophages. It was shown firstly that after the experimental application of extracellular microvesicles of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (EMV) for the regeneration of a bone tissue defect, a wound healed faster, and high frequency regeneration of damaged bone and the formation of less coarse callus were achieved.
