We further characterized the Symbiodiniaceae communities of P. ‘semperi’ from Singapore using metabarcoding of the internal transcribed spacer 2 gene. Pteraeolidia ‘semperi’ from Singapore was found to predominantly host Cladocopium and Durusdinium symbionts, and was significantly structured by biogeography.
