Michelle E. Bloom is a Professor of French and Comparative Literature at the University of California, Riverside, where she teaches courses on French and world cinemas; comparative literature, comics and graphic novels, food studies, existentialism, the Holocaust, and France and Asia and serves as an ally to LGBTQ + students.
