Abstract

In the present work we wanted to briefly present some reflections about the relevance of presenting sufficient evidence of lack of reasonableness in the procedures to eliminate bureaucratic barriers, from a more principlist than a technical approach, inviting the reader to of the rights that every complainant has in an administrative proceeding.
