Abstract

Objective To investigate the predictive value of metastatic lymph node ratio (MLNR) combined with preoperative serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in the detection of distant metastasis of stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ colon cancer after radical resection. Methods A retrospective study was performed on the clinical data of 325 patients with stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ colon cancer undergoing radical resection in the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from Jan 2010 to Jan 2015. 联合检测MLNR和血清CEA对II-III期结肠癌术前远处转移的预测价值

目的探讨转移性淋巴结比(MLNR)联合术前血清癌胚抗原(CEA)对Ⅱ-Ⅲ期结肠癌根治后远处转移的预测价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2015年1月在兰州大学第二医院行根治性手术治疗的325例Ⅱ-Ⅲ期结肠癌患者的临床资料。结果MLNR与肿瘤最大直径、肿瘤分化程度、临床TNM分期及远处转移相关(P<0.05)，血清CEA与肿瘤最大直径、临床TNM分期、神经或血管侵犯及远处转移相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示，肿瘤组织低分化、TNMⅢ分期、MLNR高、血清CEA高是结肠癌根治术后远处转移的独立危险因素。结论MLNR与血清CEA联合检测对Ⅱ-Ⅲ期结肠癌远处转移有较好的预测价值。关键词:结肠肿瘤;淋巴转移;癌胚抗原;预后
