Using the example of the Akmola region, Kazakhstan, quantitative indicators of green jobs in the fields of activity related to green technologies are determined, an expert survey is conducted, and a SWOT analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of creating green jobs in various sectors of the economy is carried out. Abstract

As a result of the actualization of sustainable development and the strengthening of the role of green responsibility at all levels of the economy, there are significant changes in modern management practices to improve long-term economic, social, and environmental indicators of territorial development through the introduction of green technologies. 基于绿色经济原则的人力资本管理与创造绿色就业促进国土可持续发展

随着可持续发展的实现和绿色责任在各级经济中的作用的加强，现代管理实践发生了重大变化，通过引入绿色技术来提高领土发展的长期经济、社会和环境指标。本研究的目的是确定在绿色经济原则的基础上管理人力资本的可能性，并为哈萨克斯坦共和国的可持续领土发展创造绿色就业机会。以哈萨克斯坦阿克莫拉地区为例，确定了与绿色技术相关的活动领域的绿色就业量化指标，进行了专家调查，并对各经济部门创造绿色就业的优势和劣势进行了SWOT分析。研究表明，绿色人力资本管理注重引入环保的绿色技术，形成了员工高生态意识和适当的生态创新工作技能的社会基础，并成为区域可持续发展的增长因素。
