Abstract
Objective
To determine the weights of performance appraisal indicators of autonomous regional attached research institute of medicine in Xinjiang.
Methods
The AHP analysis method was used to establish a judgment matrix, which determined the corresponding weights of the factors, and calculated the total weight coefficient of the indicators that constitute the performance evaluation system of autonomous regional attached research institutes of medicine.Finally, consistency check was performed on the judgment matrix.
Results
