Abstract
Some patients with 2019-novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) may present with gastrointestinal symptoms of nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Even a few patients have gastrointestinal symptoms as the first manifestation. Now we will elaborate and think about the possible mechanism of digestive tract symptoms caused by 2019-nCoV, the intestinal mucosal barrier effect and the outcome of intestinal flora alternation.
