Abstract

Nanostructured Tungsten (W) and Tungsten-Tantalum (W-25% Ta) thin films are generated on Reduced Activation Ferritic Martensitic (RAFM) steel substrates. The developed thin films are then analysed for their adhesive strength, hardness and elastic modulus properties.
