Abstract

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD) and surgery in the treatment of early gastric cancer. Methods Clinical data of patients with early gastric cancer who received ESD or surgery in Beijing Friendship Hospital from June 2012 to May 2018 were collected. Complete resection rate, complication incidence, hospital stay and expenses between the two groups were compared.
