Abstract

Bu calismada, 5,75 m2 galeri kesitine sahip maden galerisinin trapez kesitli rijit celik tahkimatlarla tasarlanmasi surecinde profil kesiti ve profil malzemesi seciminin sonlu elemanlar metodu destekli olarak gerceklestirilmesi hedeflenmistir. Belirtilen hedef dogrultusunda yeralti acikligina etkimesi ongorulen yuk referans alinarak galeri kesit alani sabit kalmak sarti ile profil malzemesi ve profil kesiti degistirilerek yuk-profil kesiti optimizasyon calismalari gerceklestirilmistir. Referans alinan yeralti acikligi icin S235 malzemeli NPI 200 kesitli profil kullaniminin yerine TH29 kesitli profil kullaniminin deplasman ve gerilme dagilimlarina gore daha emniyetli oldugu, TH29 kesitli profil kullanimi ile ayak acikliginin 1500 mm’den 2000 mm seviyelerine kadar artirilarak kurulum maliyetlerinin dusurulebilecegi belirlenmistir.
