Abstract

Fourteen samples from acacia (Robinia pseudoacacia), lime(Tilia sp.), sunflower (Helianthus annuus), thistle (Onopordum acanthium), forest and honeydew honeys have been characterized according to their parameters of mineral and sugar content, color characteristics and refractive index.
