Le droit des étrangers : réacteur ou incubateur de la loi « séparatisme » ?

Abstract

The contribution to immigration law of the law of 24 August 2021 reinforcing respect for the principles of the Republic is quite minor, insofar as this contribution is mostly limited to consolidate or generalize provisions that already exist (general reservation of non-polygamy, extension of the clause on exclusion or withdrawal of refugee status). Although immigration law issues are not central to the law on “separatism”, it is nevertheless possible to see immigration law as a laboratory or incubator of this law of 2021.
