The result of research indicate that take over contract of credit home equity loans in unauthentic deeds only applies to the parties that made the agreement, in this case the seller and the buyer, whereby the bank will only acknowledge the seller as the legitimate bank debtor, thus, the buyer as the recipient of the take over credit will not obtain an adequate legal protection.
