The Meaning of “Quaker History”

Abstract

*Jeffrey Dudiak, Professor of Philosophy at The King’s University in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, delivered a lecture on “The Meaning of ‘Quaker History’” at the November 7, 2015 Annual Meeting of the Friends Historical Association at Arch Street Meeting House in Philadelphia. FHA then invited responses to his talk from Professors Larry Ingle and Jerry Frost, two prominent Quaker historians. We have brought the talk and responses together in this, our spring 2017 issue. —The Editor The Meaning of “Quaker History”*
