In Short • New data allow for nationwide tracking of the employment location of college graduates, which provides additional insight into their workforce outcomes beyond just wage and industry. • There is enormous variability in the workforce location of graduates by institution, sector, state, degree level, academic program, and time. • These data may help policy makers and institutional leaders examine how effectively institutions and programs are meeting the workforce needs of their state.
