Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of arthroscopy-assisted Sauve-Kapandji procedure in the treatment of distal radio-ulnar joint arthritis combined with extensor digitorum tendon rupture. Methods From September 2015 to December 2017, 8 patients with distal radio-ulnar joint arthritis combined with extensor digitorum tendon rupture were treated by arthroscopy-assisted Sauve-Kapandji procedure. The fractured tendons were repaired by tendon transplantation or braided suture of adjacent extensor digitorum tendons. 关节镜辅助下的sauv - kapandji手术治疗远端桡尺关节关节炎合并指伸肌腱断裂

目的探讨关节镜辅助Sauve-Kapandji手术治疗尺桡关节远端关节炎合并趾伸肌腱断裂的临床疗效。方法2015年9月至2017年12月，采用关节镜辅助Sauve-Kapandji手术治疗8例尺桡关节远端关节炎合并趾伸肌腱断裂患者。骨折肌腱采用肌腱移植或相邻趾伸肌肌腱编织缝合修复。结果随访5～18个月，平均10个月。根据中华医学会手外科学会颁布的上肢功能评定标准，评定结果优5例，良2例，尚可1例。所有患者的腕关节疼痛均较术前有所缓解。结论应用关节镜辅助Sauve-Kapandji手术治疗尺桡关节远端关节炎合并趾伸肌腱断裂，可获得良好的临床疗效。关键词：关节镜；治疗结果；桡尺骨远端关节炎；趾伸肌腱断裂
