Abstract

The goals for this article are consistent with common models of delivering services to students with disabilities in high school and postsecondary educational settings. In the broadest sense the goal is to help teachers and other service providers recognize their roles to ensure that students consider educational opportunities available once they complete their high school requirements and are prepared.
