Abstract

The Red Andando was convened by the National Secretariat for Children, Adolescents and the Family to become part of the National Plan for Early Childhood. The new plan poses tension and questions among the organizations that have warned against the discrepancy in how children, their families, and the community areas of Greater Buenos Aires are perceived and described.
