Deneysel çalışmaların sonuçlarına göre artan pürüzlülük değerlerinde tanelerin flotasyon ve topaklanma özelliklerinin önemli oranda arttığı belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak tanelerin tercihli üretimi ile flotasyonun daha düşük toplayıcı konsantrasyonuna ötelenerek daha verimli hale getirilebileceği belirlenmiştir. In this study, the contribution of roughness of galena particles produced as a function of abrasion time was investigated on their flotation recovery and aggregation characteristics. According to the results of experimental studies, it was found that the flotation and aggregation characteristics increased in proportion to their roughness value. Abstract

Flotasyon işlemlerinde tane boyutu ve tane morfolojisi gibi tanelerin fiziksel özellikleri, hem tane-tane hem de tane-kabarcık etkileşimlerinde önemli bir rol oynar ve bu da onları flotasyon işlemlerinin değerlendirilmesinde çok önemli kılmaktadır.
