Resilience and QoL were positively correlated (r=.65, p<.001). Regression analysis revealed that the QoL of the patients was explained by resilience, gender, and Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status. These variables explained 53% of the variance of QoL. Conclusion: The results of this study confirmed the importance of resilience for QoL among patients with NHL and the relevant factors that affect QoL.
