The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The regression model explained 33.3% of the quality of life, and the influencing factors were depression (β=-.309, p< .001), age (β=-.288, p< .001), subjective health status (β=-.183, p= .005), and gender (β=-.135, p= .024). Conclusion: In order to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors, who are workers, mental health such as depression must be assessed and actively managed.
