Structural, morphological and optical property of Zn-O NPs was analyzed. Zn-O NPs were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectral (FTIR), UV-Visible spectrophotometer, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX).XRD pattern shows the purity of synthesized Zn-O nanoparticles particle size. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observations revealed remarkable change in morphological structure of Zn-O NPs. Abstract
