ON SOME REGULARITY PROPERTIES OF THE HARDY-LITTLEWOOD MAXIMAL OPERATOR

Abstract

In this paper, we establish some regularity properties of the HardyLittlewood maximal operator including its boundedness on some subspaces of a Morrey-Sobolev space and a pointwise inequality involving the weak derivative of the maximal function.
