A total of 21 questionnaire have been distributed to the employees in Chennai. Abstract

Employee training and development is a critical issue for organizations to maintain a skilled and experienced workforce. Less training rates can lead to decreased productivity, increased costs, and a negative impact on company morale. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that importance of employee training and development and identify strategies that can be implemented to improve the same .
