In case data were not normal, the Wilcoxon signed rank test was used. The Bonferroni adjustment was applied for the referred above comparisons. All the analyses were made considering 5 biological replicas in the statistical package SPSS v.23 with 95% reliability. Significant differences were found in 16 of the 21 parameters evaluated, an increase in DNA fragmentation of 3% was evidenced, and decrease in the sperm viability parameter was manifested. Lower values of the following parameters motility, progressive motility, rapid motility was observed, as well as the kinetic parameters VCL, VSL, VAP, DSL, DAP, ALH, BCF, HAC, STR. Abstract
