With these elements, a model of association and organization was structured, in which producers are partners and have a means (organization) to make technical decisions. Results: The elements of the model to scale MIAF technology more quickly were, organization, technical assistance, financing, transformation and market. Limitations: The lack of integration of the association-organization can limit the application of this model. Abstract

Objective: Build a model based on the association and organization of producers to transfer MIAF technology and help improve the profitability of small-scale producers in San Andres Calpan.
