Abstract

Les auteurs rapportent un cas de syndrome du tunnel tarsien secondaire a un kyste synovial chez un homme de 43 ans. L’imagerie joue un role essentiel dans le diagnostic et la planification preoperatoire. Le traitement consistait a une tumorectomie. A deux mois de l’exerese tumorale, le patient rapportait une resolution complete de ses troubles sensitifs, sans aucune recidive. Les auteurs soulignent la rarete de la localisation et l’interet diagnostique et therapeutique de l’imagerie par resonance magnetique.
