66‐1: Invited Paper: Flexible Yet Robust Cover Window with Enhanced Bending Stiffness

Abstract

In this study, we present a flexible but robust cover window with enhanced bending stiffness. Flexible yet wear‐resistant surface protection material is selectively coated on the folding area. Meanwhile, hardcoating material of high indentation modulus is covered on rigid parts. We study the optical properties, surface hardness, and folding reliability of cover window samples.
