Data was analyzed using Correlation and multiple regression methods using SPSS version 28. Findings: The results have established job satisfaction as a significant predictor of the organizational citizenship behavior dimensions of sportsmanship, civic virtue and courtesy. Workload was found to have the strongest antecedent ability.
