The Inner Hum Project: A Psychosocial Program for Children Building Emotional Resilience during the Pandemic in Malaysia

Abstract:The Inner Hum Project is a project by Power of Play (POP!), a Malaysian-based organization founded by two play therapists whose mission it is to help children connect to their inner worlds and allow them to have the courage to be themselves. They support children in finding their own balance in a safe, nonjudgmental space through story, play, and the expressive arts. The creation and use of a specially designed book was part of this project.
