The study was conducted in semester II of class V with a total of 21 students. Data collection in this study uses validation worksheets based on scientific investigations, student response questionnaires, interviews. The results of developing scientific inquiry based worksheets are validity and practicality. The validity level of the worksheet based on scientific investigation is accepted by the validity criteria 73.75% in the trial is limited and declared valid. The practicality level of scientific inquiry based worksheets has high practicality criteria. In the limited trial obtained the final value of practicality (P) = 3.55 and in the field trials met the practicality criteria (P) = 3.54. Abstract
