This research paper underlines that the particular features of state regulation of the domestic agro-industrial complex need the expansion of state support tools through the development of rural tourism, conducting in same time at diversification factors helping its development. Abstract

In order to ensure the high efficiency of the functioning of the actors of the rural tourism sector, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study, taking into account its sustainable development. 国家农业政策法规促进乡村旅游可持续发展

为了确保乡村旅游部门的行为者的高效率运作，有必要进行全面的研究，考虑到其可持续发展。本文强调国内农工综合体国家调控的特殊性，需要通过乡村旅游的发展扩大国家的支持工具，同时进行多元化的因素促进其发展。本文探讨了支撑乡村旅游对整体经济的积极作用的国家政策法规、影响旅游业发展的因素、农业活动与旅游业活动的整合，这意味着不断的部门间互动;最后但并非最不重要的是，分析了哈萨克斯坦GDP结构中农业和乡村旅游份额的数据，按经济活动类型划分的一名雇员的平均月名义工资水平，由于农民农场的结构可能是经济得到加强的平均乡村旅游，这一数据并不具有吸引力。
