Abstract

The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (UWEC), a regional comprehensive, liberal arts university was fortunate to have laid groundwork on creating cross-departmental collaboration between the electronic resources librarian, campus copyright officer, and instructional designers before the disruption of COVID-19.
