Abstract

Children’s Literature Association Quarterly tions Twitter account to recommend “the best on diverse children’s and YA literature every day at noon” and their work on the innovative Humanizing Stories initiative (69). The collection ends with a comprehensive and wellorganized bibliography of scholarship in the field compiled by Mike Cadden. This “Resources” section is another marker of the collection’s commitment to reflecting the existing scholarship in the field: where it has been and where it is going. Teaching Young Adult Literature, ultimately, is a work of great intellectual and pedagogical generosity on the part of its editors and contributors. It should prove galvanizing to new and seasoned instructors alike.
