Abstract

In this work, the chemical composition of the essential oil of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) was determined by CG-FID.In the essential oil of M. officinalis,there area total of 22 chemical constituents, among them are geranial (34.6%), neral (26.0%), γ-caryophyllene (7.5%), caryophyllene oxide (5.3%), -pinene (5.3%) and sabinene (3.6%); it also has antioxidant capacity and total phenolic compounds in vitro. 巴西山茱萸精油化学成分及抗氧化活性研究
采用毛细管气相色谱法(gc - fid)测定了香蜂草精油的化学成分。马尾松挥发油中化学成分共22种,分别为天竺葵(34.6%)、木犀(26.0%)、γ-石竹烯(7.5%)、石竹烯氧化物(5.3%)、-蒎烯(5.3%)和沙宾烯(3.6%);它还具有抗氧化能力和体外总酚类化合物。精油中总酚类化合物浓度为61.71 mgEAG -1,水提液中总酚类化合物浓度为7.81 mgEAG -1。以槲皮素标准品为阳性对照,DPPP浓度为8、20、40、80µg mL-1的抑菌率分别为17.12、31.04、48.24、68.12%。关键词:柠檬草,Folin-Ciocateau, DPPH,药用植物
