Left Atrial Mass: Thrombus? Myxoma? Or Both? Myxoma surrounded by thrombus

Abstract

Left atrial masses are generally myxomas or thrombus formations. When the operation of the mass is inevitable, preoperative radiological techniques are used for understanding the properties. When a mass in left atrium is seen, it thought to be solely myxoma or thrombus.
