For this purpose, a qualitative research of multiple case studies with five multigenerational families was conducted, totaling 22 participants. As research instrument, a semi-directed interview was used, with a specific script for each generation, in addition to a questionnaire with the socio-demographic data of the participants. The data were analyzed using the thematic content analysis.
