Patent information analysis of 77 medical and health institutions in Zhejiang Province

There were 1430 valid invention patents in total, among which 264 were invention patents and 1166 utility model patents. The total number of patens as well as invention patents were positive correlated to province's GDP and doctors per thousand population(r=0.824, 0.812, 0.784, 0.771 respectively, P<0.001). The rate of collaborative patent application was 6.28%, and there was a significant difference (α=0.05/3, P<0.001) in the collaborative patent applications around Hangzhou, provincial and other cities medical and health institutions. \n \n \nConclusions \nThe total number of patents in 77 medical and health institutions in Zhejaing has reached a certain scale, and the number of patents increase with the economic development and the number of doctors per thousand population. Objective To grasp the general situation of patent application and authorization of 77 medical and health institutions in Zhejaing, to provide reference and basis for promoting the patent application and conversion. 浙江省77家医疗卫生机构专利信息分析

目的了解浙江省77家医疗卫生机构的专利申请和授权情况，为促进专利申请和转化提供参考和依据。方法利用白腾网专利数据库检索专利资料，并用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果专利申请总量总体呈上升趋势。有效发明专利1430件，其中发明专利264件，实用新型专利1166件。专利总数和发明专利总数与全省GDP和千人医生数呈正相关（r分别为0.824、0.812、0.784、0.771，P＜0.001）。合作专利申请率为6.28%，杭州周边合作专利申请存在显著差异（α=0.05/3，P＜001），省级及其他城市医疗卫生机构。结论浙江省77家医疗卫生机构的专利总数已达到一定规模，且专利数量随着经济发展和千人医生数量的增加而增加。有效专利存在区域集中，发明专利占比较低。关键词：专利；知识产权；医疗卫生
