Via transdisciplinary transinstitutional collaboration, geriatric surgery service instituted trimodal intervention of prehabilitation, nutrition, and psychological support for frail patients, achieved consistent perioperative results, shortened length of hospital stay, and restored baseline function for patients undergoing major elective oncological surgery. Abstract
