Abstract

La luxation subtalienne pure complète est une lésion rare en traumatologie. La variante latérale est exceptionnelle et pourvoyeuse de plus de complications. Cette luxation survient souvent suite à un traumatisme à haute énergie et implique une luxation simultanée des articulations subtalienne et talonaviculaire. Nous rapportons deux cas de luxation sous-talienne complète, médiale et latérale, avec une bonne évolution.
