Data collection was conducted based on a questionnaire designed by Loshali and Krishnan (2013) regarding human resources management, and Huges and Morgan (2007) regarding corporate entrepreneurship. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and its reliability was confirmed by composite reliability coefficient and Cronbach's alpha. To analyse the information structural equation modelling (SEM) and Smart PLS software were used. Abstract

The present study aims to examine whether human resource management affects the development of corporate entrepreneurship in University of Tehran, or not.
