Abstract

Aim: miRNAs control biological processes that are implicated in carcinogenesis, and have been researched as potential biomarkers for colorectal cancer (CRC). The aim of the current study was to evaluate the miRNA expression profile in CRC patients to determine their potential to be used as biomarkers in the disease. Materials & methods: Total 47 tissues and their matched marginal tissues, as control group, were obtained from CRC patients.
