Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to determine the relationship of psychological hardiness (SH) and psychological capital (PsyCap) with quality of life (QOL) through the mediating role of psychological empowerment (PE) in Iranian female heads of households (FHHs). This was a correlational study of structural equation modeling type. 285 women were selected using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using the path analysis method. Results showed that SH, PsyCap, and PE have a significant positive relationship with QOL. Besides, PE could play a mediating role between PsyCap and QOL, but its mediating role between SH and QOL was not confirmed.

摘要本研究旨在通过心理赋权(PE)的中介作用，探讨伊朗女性户主(FHHs)的心理耐受性(SH)和心理资本(PsyCap)与生活质量(QOL)的关系。这是一种结构方程建模类型的相关研究。采用简单随机抽样法选取285名女性。采用通径分析法对数据进行分析。结果显示，SH、PsyCap、PE与生活质量呈显著正相关。此外，PE在PsyCap和QOL之间可以起到中介作用，但在SH和QOL之间的中介作用尚未得到证实。
