This paper analyses the students’ answers to the questions regarding their knowledge of Internet services and tools. Abstract

The aim of this study was to collect and analyse data about the prior knowledge that freshmen at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, have about basic concepts in computer and information literacy.
