Abstract

Dounia Bourabain, PhD is a researcher in the sociology department of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Her research crosses the disciplines of sociology, migration studies, critical race studies, and organization studies as she investigates the roots behind and forms of everyday inequalities in different domains of life. Her most recent work looks into racial and gendered processes and interactions in higher education institutions.
