The relationship between innate lymphoid cell and tumor

Abstract

Immunotherapy for malignant tumors has been widely recognized as an important means of tumor therapy, but so far most of the studies have focused on specific immunity. In recent years, with the research progress of innate immunity, the relationship between innate lymphoid cells and tumor has been paid more and more attention. At present, there are few related studies, and the direct research evidence about the relationship between innate lymphoid cells and tumor is not very abundant. In this paper, they are briefly divided into five categories according to their origin, function and other characteristics. Considering the relative abundance of natural killer (NK) cell, we focus on the relationship between NK cell and its cytokines and tumor.
