The purpose of this research is to produce Zn thin plate as sacrificial Zn anode raw material that free from deffect at laboratorium scale. Zn plate processed by casting and rolling with 1 mm thick then caracterized use vicker’s hardness tester and SEM-EDS (scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy). The highest hardness value of Zn plate 1 mm thick is 95.63 VHN average.
